Driving Ban
Some driving offences can carry either a discretionary or a mandatory driving ban. Having a driving ban imposed means you will be prevented from driving any mechanically propelled vehicle on any public road or place in England and Wales for the duration of the ban. A driving ban could be avoided if there are special reasons for doing so.
